Shipping & Returns
We may ship your item(s) via USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex or UPS. We will choose the best shipping option for your order based on the package size, weight and destination. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships.
Orders are processed within two to three business days from the date it was placed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item(s) to arrive. If a delay should occur due to an out-of-stock or back-ordered item, we will notify you via email.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will vary based on the package size, weight and destination. Please select "display rates" when choosing your international shipment method. Please note, international customers are responsible for all duties, custom fees and taxes. We cannot mark packages as gifts. The value of the package will state the amount it was purchased for.
All return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and returned to us within 20 days of your request. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. To send a return request, please use the Contact Us form or email us at email@example.com. Shipping costs (to and from) will not be refunded unless the return is the result of an incorrect or damaged item by Savannah Nicole Fashions. Your refund will be processed through the credit card used for purchase or PayPal. Please allow additional time for credits appear on your statement.

**NOTE: Delivery and damage by the United States Postal Service is not covered and not included in this Return Policy. A missing or damaged item caused by the United States Postal Service will require you to open a claim with them.

Sales tax of 5.3% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Virginia.
